about me
I have a background in Architecture and a specialization in Lighting Design, and my career as a designer has taken me to work across Milan, London, and Zurich. Alongside designing and creating ceramics, I also design lighting for spaces, working as a freelancer on various international projects.
In 2021, while living in Zurich, I discovered ceramics. What initially began as a creative practice alongside my professional career quickly became a second calling. I trained in several ceramic studios in Zurich and further developed my skills through workshops across Europe, cultivating a deep passion for the pottery wheel, which remains at the heart of my practice. In Zurich, I began producing my own ceramics in a small studio and teaching wheel throwing and hand-building techniques in two ceramic studios.

I combine my background in architectural design and product design with ceramics and painting. This multidisciplinary approach allows me to work from a broader perspective, bringing into my ceramic practice ideas, references, and influences from different creative fields.
My approach is rooted in design: I believe objects should be both functional and beautiful — ergonomic, thoughtfully shaped, and made to be chosen and enjoyed every day.
I am fascinated by the idea of the home as a sanctuary — a temple and an oasis of peace, a space that gathers us in and reflects who we are. The objects that surround us help create that sense of belonging and comfort, while small everyday rituals — the first coffee of the morning, fresh flowers on the table, a beautiful catchall dish — become moments of tangible beauty.
This is the idea that guides my work and my making.
My ceramics are born from the intersection of two disciplines: ceramics and abstract painting, which I have been practicing since 2019. Each piece is thrown and hand-decorated by me with the utmost care and attention, creating truly one-of-a-kind objects.
